About Clif Luber
He is a Navy, Served in multiple Logistics divisions at the strategic level as an Action Officer on the Joint Staff J4 Logistics Directorate. Duties included watch-standing at the Joint Logistics Operations Center in the National Military Command Center, coordinating with FVEY LNOs to coordinate bilateral engagements between allies and international partners' strategic J4 directorates, and contributing to whole-of-government Logistics, Supply Chain, and Distribution response effort during the initial outbreak of COVID-19. The position was a part of the Navy Supply Corps Internship Program which selects junior Supply Officers to learn deeper contracting and sustainment skillsets from operational and strategic level organizations.
