Dave Campbell is an active duty Marine, and buy and hold real estate investor.
What makes Dave’s method of investing unique, is that he has been self-managing his rental properties in three different states. That’s right, he manages his own properties from across the country, and has NEVER had more than a 14-day vacancy period!
