Morning Musings #057: Psychological inertia | Get Rich Slowly Video

As you'll recall from junior high science, "inertia" is the term from physics that refers to the tendency of an object at rest too remain at rest (or an object in motion to remain in motion) unless acted upon by an outside force. Well, I believe that inertia applies to our pschology, as well. Our habits, both good and bad, are a product of mental inertia. Today, I talk about how inertia has helped me make some positive changes lately – and how I've introduced friction into my life that's slowing my progress.

Technical note: I know that the video on this episode is "blown out". That's because I inadvertently recorded in HDR (my new phone's default mode). My video-editing software tried to fix things, but it wasn't perfect. I've turned off HDR video for future recordings.
